Getting your order from N5 to you.

We use a range of trusted delivery partners depending on the destination, parcel size and service availability.

The delivery provider may vary from order to order, but all orders are sent using a tracked service. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch rather than the date your order is placed.

International orders can occasionally take longer due to customs processing or circumstances outside our control.

International customs rules vary by destination.

Where duties and import taxes are shown and collected during checkout, N5 will arrange the shipment accordingly.

Where they are not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees or other charges applied by their local authorities or delivery provider.

Some orders may contain products that are dispatched separately. In these cases, your order may arrive in more than one parcel and you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

You will not be charged any additional N5 shipping costs after checkout.

If your tracking has not updated, your parcel appears to be delayed, or something does not look right with your delivery, get in touch and we will do our best to help.
