Shipping policy
We keep shipping straightforward. All N5 orders are sent using a tracked delivery service, so you can follow your order once it's on its way.
United Kingdom — £5
UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days from dispatch.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
European Union — £10
Orders to EU countries are sent using a tracked international delivery service.
Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days from dispatch.
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom and may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or other local charges on arrival. Unless these charges have been collected from you at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
International — £15
Orders to destinations outside the UK and EU are sent using a tracked international delivery service.
Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days from dispatch.
Depending on the destination, duties and import taxes may either be collected at checkout or become payable on arrival. Where N5 collects duties and import taxes at checkout, we will dispatch the order using an appropriate duty-paid service.
Where duties and taxes have not been collected at checkout, any charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Partners
We use a range of trusted delivery partners depending on the destination, parcel size and service availability.
The delivery provider may therefore vary from order to order, but all orders will be sent using a tracked service.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you the relevant tracking information.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch rather than the date your order is placed.
International orders can occasionally take longer due to customs processing or circumstances outside our control.
Orders Arriving Separately
Some orders may contain products that are dispatched separately. In these cases, your order may arrive in more than one parcel and you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
You will not be charged any additional N5 shipping costs after checkout.
Customs & Import Charges
International customs rules vary by destination.
Where duties and import taxes are shown and collected during checkout, N5 will arrange the shipment accordingly.
Where they are not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees or other charges applied by their local authorities or delivery provider.
